Bicep to deploy Azure SQL VM through Azure DevOps CI/CD

Hello Team,
I'm trying to create Azure SQLVM using Bicep through Azure Pipeline.
What tasks need to add in Pipeline for the same? What contents should be yaml file?
Previously I did create SQLVM using the below link VM bicep.jpg

Is it possible to create the above using Azure CICD Pipeline? Can Someone Elight the exact steps to create Pipeline for the above?
