Hi I bought a prebuild pc this week:

shinobee

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 16 threads 4.60GHz • Windows 11 • Nvidia GeForce RTX3060 12GB • 32GB 3000MHz DDR4 • 1000GB M.2 SSD

Psu is 500w

The pc seemed to be working just fine until i installed the game god of war. The pc keeps shutting down and restarting after about 5-10minutes playing or when trying to load a savefile.

did a sfc/ chkdsk/ and dism/ all without error

drivers are updated / Bios is updated

I dont get a bluescreen or errorcode when the system restarts but there are errors in the eventlog after restart: (i am not sure if or how i can get these in english sorry for the german :/)

Try updating your drivers. If you still get that error some hardware was installed wrong or is malfunctioning.
