Merging profiles

Hello,

I have been a long time subscriber to Microsoft 365. I am currently a business owner and would like to use the business tools. However, I don't know how to merge the profiles. I would like to merge tiheras.clements@gmail.com (is where my account and subscription is) with my newly formed business account tihera.s@culturalsocietyofwellness.com

Please help.
