Dear members,

I have followed the instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/add-custom-domain

and verified it.

And set up the host records on the name registrar's side (namecheap).

Name Registrar's support have checked my host records and said they are OK,
told me it's configuration issue on Azure end, hence seeking help from this community

    Hi,

You need to map your custom domain in Azure App Service (this is separate from Azure Active Directory custom domain). Below article has instructions:

Tutorial: Map an existing custom DNS name to Azure App Service

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/app-service-web-tutorial-custom-domain?tabs=a%2Cazurecli

Once you get it working you will want to set up your TLS/SSL certificate. Link is at bottom of the article.

    Thanks.
