Unable to access work account

I recently changed to a new number and deactivated the old one. However, I have forgotten to update my MS authentication 2FA with my new number. Now I can’t access my work email account. Can someone advise me what to do about this?

    Hi,

    This will require reset or disabling of MFA for your account via the ADmin, so contact your admin for this process - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings
