I cant access my Microsoft Certified Professional ID: 7269157

In My learning profiled i couldn't find my certification. Earlier i use to access my certification under https://mcp.microsoft.com/Anonymous/Transcript/Validate , but its not working.

I created a profile in Microsoft learning and looked for my certification but i didnt find there.

Kindly help.
