Hey, when I try to go to your California privacy changes, I get to this page saying help us protect your account. It says: Verify your identity, when I click to yahoo email so I put the email in, it says: Enter code

If ashleyisit6pm@yahoo.com matches the email address on your account, we'll send you a code. I receive this email:
