Cannot sign in to Azure Active Directory

I am attempting to sign in to Azure Active Directory but receive the following error:

  • Session ID9e1c00b081ee4342aa08c75416c2dd1f
  • Resource IDNot available
  • ExtensionMicrosoft_AAD_IAM
  • ContentActiveDirectoryMenuBlade
  • Error code403

I cannot even get into the support page as it always blocks me.

What can I do to resolve this issue? This is extremely frustrating as I have been trying for hours. No solution works.

I cannot even file a service request as I receive an error message when I try to do so.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Also, for in the future, you can create an emergency access account in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.
