Badge on Credly did not update expired date after take renewal assesment

Hi Microsoft,

My badge on Credly did not update the expired date after take renewal assesment, and also there was no email from credly like when I take the exam in pearson vue.

This affect to my two cert from Microsoft.

One showing expired on credly, while from MCP Dashboard shows updated information (status active).

Is there a way to keep the status on credly active like in MCP Dashboard?

Update :

After post a question in Microsoft forum & submit request to check this case (with attachment status in MCP & Credly) using this link Submit a request – Credly, Inc. my expiration date has been updated.

I got email notification from Microsoft Certification mswwprog@microsoft.com in the next day, informed that my certificate successfully renewed & the link to [Claim your badge!*] for my both certificate.

But I'm not sure whether the next renewal can be automatically updated or I have to request manually like this again.
