How to Revert or rollback the updated LOB apps in Intune?

Hello experts!

I have to updated the Line of business app successfully, but is there a way to revert if the new version is not desired?  At the moment the only possibility I see is to upload the old version again if the file is available".

Please suggest me if any rollback or revert option is present for line of business apps in Intune
