How to create a small VM with microsoft partner network subscription.

Hi team,

I'm new to azure. I am trying to create a VM with an MPN subscription. but I'm getting the below error.

I see we can create a VM with an MPN subscription also reference to the below azure documentation.

To overcome the error, you would need subscription owner rights, or make someone register that provider for you with appropriate rights.

Now try to register resource provider Microsoft.Compute, Microsoft.Storage, Microsoft.Network on Subscription
