I am confused as to why this happened and how do I ever set one for my outlook.com - as per my knowledge I dont own this domain. Can someone help me?

FYI, I use Outlook as an email client for my outlook address. Not sure whether it is of Office 365 as I have taken a subscription for 1 TB with an annual price, and whether it has got automatically included/converted to Office 365.
