Hi @RJ96
In my opinion, your need is unable to be achieved via OOS settings.
I suggest you block the (WOPI)-discovery XML via browser settings.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
i have an Office Online Server in my environment with the latest version and CU installed and it's working as intended but i would like to deactivate the https://domain.eg/hosting/discovery page which is created automatically when setting up OOS.
The page contains OOS configuration and is also accessable for everyone which of course isn't best pactice.
When making the page unreachable from the network side suddenly the entire OOS service goes dead and no more files can be opened on SharePoint.
Does anyone know how to properly deactivate or make this page unreachable without killing the OOS service? This would help me greatly.
Thank you.
