Problem with the audio port

Hi so I have a working pair of headphones, but when I plug them into my audio jack, they dont work and when i check the issue in the device manager, it shows a error, error id 411. I did fix it ones by updating and rolling back the drivers, but it happened again.

    You need to uninstall and reinstall driver. Visit the support site of the manufacturer to download the compatible audio driver.
