I would greatly appreciate your support in this. Currently running Win Server 2019 on a setup that is not suited for my future needs. I have already installed Windows Server 2019 on 2 SSDs Raid 1, and 2 more Raid 1 (SQL Express Database Drives). I still have the drive with the old install. My OS is in German, so I do hope I get this right. Under Server Manager/All Server Windows is shown as not activated. When I try to activate it, I get redirected to an Microsoft Account where after entering all credentials, I get an error. On the old install (not plugged in) , windows is activated. I just haven`t trashed it. Now after failing to activate on new install, I went back and plugged the old drive back in. All good. However, I cannot find an option to transfer the License to the fresh install. Under Settings/Accounts there is no option to link the license to a MS Account, as requested in the fresh install. I cannot find any option apart from Local Accounts. As I mentioned, I only installed some new SSDs, and flashed a new bios. No new MB, or anything else. Is there an option to activate the license on the fresh install? Thanks.
