My Microsoft certification AZ-300 will expire soon

Question

I received an email about the expiration of AZ-300 certification.

I need to renew my certification,However, the renewal step written in the email cannot be continued.

1. Watch this video to learn more about the Certification Renewal process.
   This is a Private video I can't watch this.
2. Visit Microsoft Learn to connect your learn profile with your certification profile.
   I had login my Microsoft Learn but There is nothing about AZ-300 certification in my certification profile
3. Identify which certifications are available for you to renew by visiting your Certification Dashboard.
   There is nothing about AZ-300 certification in my certification profile

My certification will expire on 29/Mar/2023. Please tell me how to renew my certification.

If you have Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification please click link below to see if you are eligible to renew it (you need to be signed in as account that holds your certification profile). If you are eligible you will be able to take the renewal assessment for free:

If the Email linked to your certification account is the one which you have used to login, your certification dashboard should show the certifications as below and the renew option should reflect.

Additionally, Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
