Hi,

No one in my org can log in to Microsoft Teams. Our org license is up to date, and Teams is enabled in Azure, but I am no expert in Azure, so I'm not sure why I have to muck around in it for an Office 365 account. All users are consistently receiving error code caa2000b. Googling this error code has only turned up dead ends and no fixes. We are unable to login to both the desktop and web client.

I have tried implementing answers from multiple different threads started by people with the same problem on this forum, but nothing has worked.

    Hi @Matthew Stewart,

    Sorry for the confusion.

If you locate Microsoft 365 admin center>Users>Active users and check the licenses of a user, what licenses would the user have?

    For example:

    26

My account has a Microsoft 365 E5 license assigned, which includes Teams.

However, Teams is not included in Microsoft 365 Apps for Business.

    27

So you may need to make sure you have an active license assigned which includes Teams.

    Hi,

Please try below and lets check if it works?

    • Restart the machine and Login to Teams Web App in a private window?
    • Delete the Team Cache from "Appdata > Roaming > Microsoft > Teams" and rename the Teams folder to Teams.old. Make sure to close outlook and Teams app before renaming the folder?
    • Verify the login on Phone or any other device with different network?
    • Check if there was any new policy that was applied recently?
    • Check if you are able to login to other Office services? Like Outlook web app or One Drive?
    • Check if there is any wide issue reported from MS from the Admin Center Health page?

If other apps are working and only Teams is not working then you might want to uninstall and reinstall Teams?
