How do I begin a learning path to learn how to use a report builder with zero experience?

I want to learn how to build reports similar to what SAP's Crystal Reports can do. It's something that will immediately benefit me at work and will help my career long term. The problem is that I am a bit confused with all of the offerings available through Microsoft.

On Microsoft Learn, I found the Power BI Learning Path but I am unsure if that will cover what I need/want to learn. I am not sure if I should be looking for Power BI training, SSRS Report Builder training or SQL training since those terms seem to come up interchangeably. If I am starting at zero and wanted to learn how to build custom reports, where I should start and what modules should I take?

    Hi @John

If you want to master the SSRS products provided by Microsoft, perhaps you can refer to this official document, which not only contains SSRS related content, but also how to use Report Builder.

What is SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)?

    Best regards,

    Aniya
