Hi,

My Laptop going to hang while using MS office. It's showing not enough memory for Office 64 Bit.

Seeking your help to resolve the case.

Could you please tell us which version of Office do you have?

Then please go to Task Manager > View memory usage.

My Laptop going to hang while using MS office.

Please provide more information describing how to reproduce this issue. Such as opening files, creating new files, copying data or others.

Please run following commands to open Office applications in safe mode to check this issue.

I have seen the task manager status properly, but the RAM usage was 37% to 57%.

I want to mention to you that I have changed the RAM also but still having the same problem. I'm using Microsoft® Excel® 2016 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 32-bit.

Also, be noted that when I use the mouse to select multiple columns & rows then the issue happens rapidly.

I have reinstalled different MS office including Office 365, and rename the excel file name in short but the issue still exists. In this scenario need a proper solution.

I'm using Microsoft® Excel® 2016 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 32-bit.

When testing the issue, please install 64-bit versions as 32-bit versions have the limitation on Memory.

I have reinstalled different MS office including Office 365

Have you tried the newest version of Microsoft 365 Apps, Version 2301 Build 16026.20146?

Also, be noted that when I use the mouse to select multiple columns & rows then the issue happens rapidly.

Does this issue encounter with new created and blank workbook?

If you are opening the existed files, please check whether the files are large and whether they contains many features, such as conditional formatting, formulas.
