How to process video file audio in real time, like mute the audio

Question

I am able to start streaming using Azure media services. I want to access the intermediate files and want to process (modify the content of the video file). I am planning to use one compute instance for that. Then the streaming should start. I need help setting up this service. I have already raised a request regarding this but did not get an update earlier either.

Questions: How i can access the video content and process it in real-time? After that, I want to save it and then the streaming should start, and how we can reduce the latency for this process also.
