I am trying to claim my Azure Services with my college edumail. I am getting the error "You're not eligible for Azure for Students." I have never signed up for Azure services previously with the same email id. I want to know the reason for ineligibility and if it's a mistake from Microsoft's end then it would be helpful if I get access to the services as soon as possible.

@Deep Shah Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

If they are receiving the message, "You're not eligible for Azure for Students", there are a few things that could trigger that error.

    1. They already signed up for a free offer in the past and are ineligible
    2. They are using the Chrome browser. (I know there have been issues with Chrome in the past. I believe these got resolved, but it still might be worth switching browsers to confirm.)
    3. If the students are not local, it may not be available in their country. They could try changing regions or connecting with a VPN.

If your a student, you can look into Azure for Students, which doesn't need a credit card: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/

Reference: Troubleshoot issues when you sign up for a new account in the Azure portal

If all of the above is indeed correct, I suggest you contact the Microsoft Azure Sales over here:
I would recommend going to the Azure for Education Contact page for support: or Azure Subscription Billing Team

Billing and Subscription team would be the best to provide more insight and guidance on this scenario, It's a Free support

Please let us know if you have any further queries. I’m happy to assist you further.
