ProfileCardProperties - Outlook issue

Dear all,

I added the extensionAttribute2 in the Profile Card with Graph Explorer, as described in the link below:

https://office365itpros.com/2020/08/05/customize-office-365-profile/

I can see the new attribute in OWA and outlook mobile, but NOT in Outlook clients. It has been longer than 24 hours that I made the change.

I use Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, and my Outlook version is: 2211 (Build 15831.20252).

    Hello Emanuele Signorin,

    It is an expected behavior; it is currently supported in web or online platforms only.

    Profile card on which customization is allowed is currently only available for web apps such as Outlook Web App, OneDrive SharePoint, Office.com. Added Custom attributes won't be visible in Outlook Clients as this change is limited to only web client experiences for now.
