Windows Hello FingerPrint does not work after password change

Hello,

One of the user has changed the password. He is able to login using Password and PIN. But not with FingerPrint. Below message appears when using Finger to login.

Fingerprint

FingerPrint is removed and Setup again under Settings -> Accounts -> SignIn Options -> Windows Hello FingerPrint.

But still has the same issue.

Please help to solve the issue

    Thank you for posting this question!

    Please try to perform below mentioned troubleshooting steps.

    ·         Try to update biometrics drivers, restart your machine.

    ·         Remove unwanted apps or security software.

    ·         Please ensure that there are no existing folders of removed apps in the program files of C/Drive

    ·         Clean your machine by running a disk clean up.

    ·         Run a CHKDSK scan by running the CMD as an administrator.

    ·         Uninstall/update biometrics drivers again, restart your machine.

    ·         Perform a SFC scan after a restart and restart again.

    ·         Setup biometrics/fingerprint setup or test it again, it should work.
