Well, my question is how I could manually migrate a user from one tenant to another of my Microsoft 365 organization, I have to download pst, have additional licenses, I only have free license and my users work with Microsoft 365 Business Standard. All the information you can give me I will appreciate, thank you very much for your time.

Hi @Jose IT Junior To manually migrate a user from one tenant to another in your Microsoft 365 organization, you need to follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with your admin account.
    2. Go to the Users > Active users page.
    3. Select the user you want to migrate and click on the More actions button.
    4. Select the Download data option from the drop-down menu.
    5. Select the data you want to download and click on the Next button.
    6. Select the PST file format and click on the Next button.
    7. Select the location where you want to save the PST file and click on the Finish button.
    8. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the admin account of the destination tenant.
    9. Go to the Users > Active users page.
    10. Click on the Add a user button.
    11. Enter the user's information and click on the Next button.
    12. Select the I'll create the password option and enter the password for the user.
    13. Click on the Finish button.
    14. Go to the Users > Active users page and select the migrated user.
    15. Click on the More actions button and select the Import data option from the drop-down menu.
    16. Select the PST file you downloaded earlier and click on the Next button.
    17. Select the data you want to import and click on the Next button.
    18. Click on the Finish button to complete the migration process.

Note: You don't need additional licenses to migrate a user from one tenant to another in your Microsoft 365 organization. However, you need to make sure that the destination tenant has enough licenses available for the migrated user.

Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you have any questions and I can help you further.
