unable to create databricks cluster

I am trying to create a data bricks cluster on my visual studio subscription which has a limit of 20 cores.

when I try to create a cluster with 4 cores I am seeing my limit exceeded 20 cores. I tried with multiple regions but same issue.

Based on the error message, the issue is with a special character in your data bricks cluster name.
A similar thread has been discussed here. To resolve this, please remove any special characters that you are using on the cluster name.
