Unable to delete audio wav file after stop_continuous_recognition

Hi,

I am using Azure start/stop_continuous_recognition function for continuous transcription of large wav audio files. After transcription I need to delete files from local storage so that my server is not out of space after transcribing many files. It works fine with wav shorts file for one shot transcription and even with mp3 files with continuous transcription. It is only with wav file with continuous transcription which has left some connection open internally which is causing it error "file is in use" and stopping it to delete.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Deepti Rajput If you have large files for transcription did you try to use the batch transcription API? It works with CLI and REST API and works asynchronously, should be easier to handle on the client side and works to transcribe multiple files concurrently.

With the current setup with the SDK it is ideal for shorter duration files and I think you are seeing good results with these files since it is designed for this scenario. For .wav files are you using audio config FromWavFileInput() or a common audio config for all files? I think you might need to add SDK logging to your current configuration and report the session ids to the SDK repo.
