Folder aanmaken in nieuw account

"Je hebt niet het juiste machtigingsniveau om deze actie te voltooien. Neem contact op met de ICT helpdesk." Dat is wat ik als pop up melding krijg als ik een folder, 📁 wil aanmaken in mijn onlangs toegevoegde account via IMAP in Outlook.

Een folder erbij maken lukte gisteren goed. Vandaag lukt het weer niet. Mails verplaatsen lukt niet. Soms lijken ze goed verplaatst maar is de doelfolder leeg. Soms springt het meteen terug naar postvak in.
