What license do I need?

I have an E5 trial license I'm enjoying. Added a custom domain and got email address set up.

I would like to have my email (with custom domain) to use Microsoft for its emails, as well as have a basic Office license.

Bit confused but it looks like I need a Office 365 E3 license? But does my account expire when the trial ends or can I just easily switch to this license?

Does the E3 license come with M365 Admin Center where I can create users and assign licenses I've purchased?

    Hi,

    You can assign licenses after the expiration date of trial license.

    you can use azure portal to assign manually a license for azure ad account.
