Cannot access computer

I turn on my computer. I get the following message: Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again.

Set up my PIN

When I click on this, I get the following: You’ll need the internet for this. It doesn’t look like you’re connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again.

I can only authorize use of the internet when I am signed into the device.which I cannot do. Is there some way to use Authenticator or some other option. At no point does it give me the option of using my password.

    Hi Denise,

    You should try utilizing an ethernet cable to plug in your device. Unfortunately, I don't think you have any way around this unless you want to install a fresh install of Windows.
