WSUS SQL sp_updatestats does not show any log in Japanese version

Question

I am running WSUS on Windows Server 2016 standard Japanese version.

introducing WSUS DB maintenance script.

But the script results of sp_updatestats are not displayed.

The Japanese version OS or WID seem to be missing something to display.
