Microsoft Certificate Not Showing

Hi,

I had completed AZ305 Exam Successfully on 4 Feb 2023. After that i saw in my Profile Score Report with Passed that Exam. But still i that Certificate Not showing in My Microsoft Account Profile. Please kindly this issue and resolved
