Time does not show in columns, only the date

I cannot get the Created column to display the time (pic1). It is set as Date and Time (pic2). There are not further options within the column setting (pic3). In addition, I have other columns that will capture the date and time via Power Automate. These columns too only show the date and no time (pic4). Even on version history, only the date is shown, not the time (pic 5).

    You could try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the list several times (ctrl+r). Microsoft have recently started to make much more use of the local cache and it's causing a bit of effects like this.
