I'm not receiving emails from Click Dimension (Dynamics 365)?

Hi I'm currently a partner,

I'm trying to send myself an email via Click Dimension but it's not sending. I keep getting a message "Fail - No recipient authorized". Even if I'm in a marketing list, it will send the email to everybody except me.
