We are facing issue while running form recognizer inbuilt docker image on Private VM,

We have installed docker and docker compose up is also working in Linux Private machne

but we are not able to upload files on swaggerui/5000 and check the outputs here is the below error

we are even getting status as 200 while testing the pdf but it says "failed"

Hello, are you approved for disconnected containers or are you using the regular container setup with access to the billing endpoint from the machine the container is running? I see you mentioned private VM, is this private VM able to access the billing endpoint as mentioned in the YAML used for compose command?

Also, have you tested this setup from a machine that can access the endpoint? If that setup runs successfully then the most likely issue is the access to billing endpoint, for which you will have to whitelist the connection from your source machine.

Since you are also have a tight deadline it might be easier to get support for the issue using the Azure support case. Do you have a valid support plan? If yes, please submit a support case using Azure portal from the health + support blade.
