Hi

I have multiple SharePoint sites in which I have Full Control permission on it. However, when I tried to pin my SharePoint to quick access, I always face an error for all the SharePoint sites due to which I am not able to move / copy files for one SharePoint to another SharePoint sites.

I have tried disabling my SharePoint License and enabling it again, but the issue is still the same.

Can you please advise if there are any solution for this issue.

ThanksSharePoint

I had the same problem. Trying to move files from one SharePoint site to another as an administrator (without a license !!!)

Solution: after adding a (temporary) license with OneDrive rights, I was able to Pin to QuickAccess

So add the right license and you are able to Pin to Quick Access in SharePoint

    Hi @Ramesh,

The network requests occur when performing a successful pin to Quick access are shown as below image, compare it with yours and see if there is any bad status request in your environment using F12 tool. Also have a try to change a browser or change your network environment to see if the issue persists.
