Hi ,

We have developed our B2C sigin, Sigup flow using custom policy but in Forgot password B2C page in User name field its not supporting é è ê ë ç ñ ø ð these character but in our case we have french user who tries to use these character..

Note : For signin, signup custom policy it is supporting but in forgot password field its not supporting

Kindly help me with this

    I think this is the limitation of language pack.

    Unfortunately, as of now Azure AD B2C only supports Alphanumerical characters. I saw similar issue from another customer here.

    Currently username must begin with an alphabetical character or number and can only contain alphanumeric characters along the following symbols '_' and '-'.

    There is similar request raised in User forum regarding non-alphanumeric characters which you can vote it for future requirement for product team.
