Can there be notification on user device before enrollment?

Question

When there is a minimum OS limit defined as 15 for iOS and Android as 12 in Intune. Can a warning be prompted to user when they try to enroll a device below these OS. For eg., when a user try enrolling a device below iOS 15/android 12 can they be prompted with a message stating their device is below the minimum requirement to be enrolled in Intune.

Based on my research, I didn't find the feature to send notification during enrollment when the minimum requirement is not met. You can request the feature in Intune uservoice to see if it can be available in the future:
