Unable to create container instance from public docker hub (inaccessible image)

When I try to create (or restart an existing image) from Docker Hub, I get an error response back :
(InaccessibleImage) The image 'dependencytrack/frontend' in container group '--' is not accessible. Please check the image and registry credential.

These images are available, and have been working (restarted just recently). Is there an issue in ACI?
