Hi guys, we're experiencing a weird issue using RDP connection in Windows Server 2012 R2 environment. This Virtual Machine is used by almost 120 users in RDP. Usually, users work fine without any issue. Sometimes they experience an extremely slow log in log off time (till 20 minutes!). The behaviours is this one: they click on rdp connection staring the service via mstsc. They wait a lot of minutes only to see the log on screen. After logging on they have to wait other minutes to see the desktop. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Enrico
