How do I remove the directory from terminal output Visual Studio Code

Hi there, I'm writing a python script in Visual Studio Code and I'd like to see the terminal output a little cleaner if possible. Is there a way to toggle the visibility of the directory for each time I ask python to print something? My directory in this case is pretty long, and it gets somewhat hard to see where my output is.

I've seen some information on this for PC, but I'm on a Mac using Version: 1.74.3 (Universal)

    Hi @NDAudio

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

You are using Visual Studio Code, which is different from Visual Studio. The tags “Visual Studio” and “Visual Studio Setup” are related to Visual Studio, for more questions about Visual Studio Code, you can post it to the Stack Overview tagged visual-studio-code forum or GitHub repository where you would get professional support for this product.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Anna
