Does Adobe Sign for SharePoint (On-Premises): work well with SharePoint server 2019?

Looking for an on prem solution to sign documents in site and allow my HR department to be able to send and request document filling/signatures from a document library.

    As this problem is related to Adobe which we do not have the corresponding permission, I could not test it for you.
