Using authenticator I am trying to setup Login.gov but don't know how to do that and get the one time code.?

I am a truck driver. Now I had setup a Login.gov account with DMV. Now I have to register in the drug and alcohol clearinghouse but in order to do so I have to login to Login.gov and have an authenticater app to do so. I downloaded the app and saved my live account on outlook moved my saved passwords and websites in the passwords part of the app and my Login.gov was one of them. Now when I go to login it tells me to enter the one time code for verification in the authenticater app. It says it should be associated with my email at Login.gov. I cannnot find it in the app and don't know how to set that up in the app? Can somebody please help me?
