Can Someone please tell me how to find out the release date of: Microsoft Reporting Services PDF Rendering Extension 11.0.0.0 ?

I have a PDF document that has the following as the producer. It looks altered (all Metadata except create date and PDF creation names are blanked out).

The PDF fields that are updated are:

Application: Microsoft Reporting Services 11.0.0.0

PDF Producer: Microsoft Reporting Services PDF Rendering Extension 11.0.0.0

PDF version: 1.3 (Acrobat 4.x)

Thank you

SSRS v11 would map to SQL Server 2012. So the original release date was 03-06-2012 based upon this doc.

    Hi @RAS

Basically, the versions with RS release notes are all after 14.0, because after this version, SSRS and SQL Server are separated. Before SSRS was a part of SQL Server. If the op version is 11.0, it should be around SQL Server 2012

What is your SQL Server version, and the release date should be the same.

As for whether PDF 1.3 is available, I browsed the relevant information of RS in SQL Server 2012 version. The documentation says: "Although PDF 1.3 is compatible with Adobe Acrobat 4.0 and later, Reporting Services supports Adobe Acrobat 6 or later." So PDF 1.3 should be available.

For more details, you can refer to this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/sql/sql-server-2012/dd255291(v=sql.110).

    Best regards,

    Aniya
