So I'm deploying a bot. For this I have tried using Azure Bot and App Service.
Azure Bot:
In the left panel sometimes the button Test in Web Chat disappears and I cannot test in web chat, also, the Channels button disappear too.
Clicking these buttons in the "general information" panel does nothing.
Also, when I want to set the endpoint connection (pasting a ngrok url) I can't save the settings.
So I can't virtually do nothing.
App Service:
When succesfully deployed by push (using Azure CLI), the same happens, sometimes the channel and test in web chat buttons disappear from the resource "registry of channels for bots"

I actually don't have a support plan to report this bug to Microsoft.
Is there any other way to report this bug on azure portal without having to pay an extra fee?
I understand that this is not a problem related to my project but related to Azure platform.

@newbie_developer a Fiddler trace or F12 trave could be useful. In my case there was something blocking dev.botframework.com. Seems to be some URL in that domain helps in completing the azure portal blade, that is my best guess. Hope it helps
newbie_developer It seems like the issue might be the Azure portal in this case as it fails to load all options for you. You can capture browser trace by following the steps in this document and submit an azure support case from azure portal. Do you have an azure support plan with your subscription?
