Hello,

if we upload file to the azure storage account, is the traffic billed per GB? If yes, are the cost is same if we upload file via public ip and via private endpoint?

    Yes, the traffic for uploading files to an Azure storage account is billed per GB. The cost for uploading files via a public IP and via a private endpoint will be the same. The bandwidth utilized by your upload carries the same charge as any other Azure-bound traffic. Your specific network connection and provider agreements will determine whether upload charges are incurred.
