Not found geo replication option after creating storage account

I have crated the storage account with geo replication option, however after creating when I navigated to settings option I am not find geo replication option. Please suggest.

also please let me know how to change the region from there?

Hello sns,

You will be able to see the Geo Redundancy and Replication if you click on "Redundancy" under Data management panel.

There you will see a map and also will have the option to perform the Failover.

You will need to create a new storage account and copy the data to that new storage account to achieve that.

Thank you for the response. After I clicked on fail over and after few minutes of operation,

Only WEST US region is showing, May I know why it is showing only WEST US and what happened?

That is expected. As per this documentation:
"After the failover is complete, the storage account is configured to be locally redundant in the new primary endpoint. To resume replication to the new secondary, configure the account for geo-redundancy again.

Keep in mind that converting a locally redundant storage account to use geo-redundancy incurs both cost and time."

You can run "az storage account update --name <storage-account-name> --sku Standard_GRS" to convert it back to GRS.

Most probably you didn't set the subscription. Please run "az account set --subscription <subscription-id>" before running the "az storage account update" command.

Hello sns! I am not sure what you are doing, if you do set the subscription properly and if the storage account exists. If you are sure that you properly set the subscription and the storage account exists, I would suggest you to open a support request.
