Hi,
I need to setup SMTP relay to allow external company send email as our domain.
how do I setup relay and allow this external organisation to send emails on our behalf
Our Domain: abc.co.uk
External domain: xyz.co.uk
We have hybrid setup exchange 2016/office 365

You can create a new receive connector for anonymous relay scoped to the sending severs IP addresses
You will need to do this on the on-prem Exchange Server and allow the connection. You can not do this through 365
