I am hitting the retail price API to fetch the prices of instances with AHB enabled- https://prices.azure.com/api/retail/prices?$filter=serviceName eq 'Virtual Machines' and armRegionName eq ‘eastus’ and armSkuName eq ‘Standard_E64_v3’ and I saw that for Windows OS type there are 2 consumption types listed in the response of the above API (Consumption and DevTestConsumption). Can I consider DevTestConsumption retail prices of instances in the situation when i want to fetch prices of instances with AHB enabled?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can.

Dev/test pricing is the same - Dev/test pricing is the same - https://azure.microsoft.com/en

For AHB and the Dev/Test Azure subscription - excluding the Windows license cost.
