Please i need your help on this issue.
I have user with Microsoft365 A5 license as well as Communication Credits license. This user cannot make or receive outgoing calls.
User can only make calls if "Microsoft 365 Domestic and International Calling Plan for faculty" or "Microsoft Teams Domestic Calling Plan (120 min) for faculty" gets assigned to him.
I was under impression that when "Communication Credits" are applied to a user with Microsoft365 A5 license holder, user does not need any additional licences to make calls.
