    Hello @Lương Phạm Thái Huy or @lngphmthihuymr-6536

    Thank you for posting this concern on this community space.

    I was reading your case scenario issue and I would like to gather the following option as it is shown down below:

    Based on your error message, the following PIP (Public IP) named "Vinparking-GW-IP" is being mapped to a Virtual network Gateway or Load balancer or any other compute resource... Isn't it?

    Well, you can do a force deletion or detach this PIP from any compute resource first and then delete it.

    Let me know if that was useful but if not, I can keep assisting you further.

    Looking forward to your feedback,

    Cheers,

    @Lương Phạm Thái Huy (Mr)

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    I understand that you are facing issues while deleting a Public IP.

    As the error message verbatim states, you will be required to disassociate the Public IP from the resource or delete the resource it is attached to in order to delete the public IP.

    From your naming convention, I take it that the IP is attached either to a VPN Gateway or to an App gateway.

    In the above two cases, you will be required to delete the VPN/App gateway to be able to delete the public IP.

    Refer: Delete a public IP address

    User's image

    However, should the Public IP be attached to some other resource such as VM, refer to : Dissociate a public IP address from an Azure VM.

    Thanks,

    Kapil
